Основные научные интересы лежат в области разработки алгоритмов для анализа биологических последовательностей. Ключевыми проектами является разработка программного обеспечения и алгоритмов для межвидового сравнения экспресионных профилей с использованием машинного обучения, индексов для картирования на геномные графы и алгоритмов аннотации.
