Electrophysiology, cardiomyocytes, patch clamp; study of the activity of voltage-dependent ion channels, the formation of an action potential under the influence of various substances (including drugs), the study of the electrophysiological properties of various cell lines differentiated from iPSCs; study of the electrophysiology of real human cardiomyocytes isolated from a biopsy specimen.
