Studies of the spatial structure of water-soluble and membrane proteins, study of the structural foundations of their functioning. Development of protein engineering methods for the synthesis of membrane proteins. Main objects: toll-like receptors, neurotrophin receptors, arachnid toxins, fluorescent proteins.
