The MIPT Cell Signaling Regulation Laboratory requires students. One project is related to the influence of magnetically controlled cytoskeletal rearrangement on the activation of mechanosensitive signaling pathways. The second project is related to the development of a technology for co-localization of proteins with molecular resolution within intracellular signaling pathways.

In our laboratory you will be able to master various molecular methods:
— Modification and crosslinking with antibodies of nanoparticles
— working with cell cultures, obtaining primary cell cultures
— Obtaining 3D spheroids
— Immunocytochemistry
— Western blotting
— RT-PCR
— Gene cloning
According to the results of the work, publications will be published
